1. 服務說明
CGOO 提供旅遊 eSIM 數據方案。完成付款後，我們會將 eSIM QR Code 發送至您的電子郵件地址。
2. 適用裝置
購買前請確認您的裝置支援 eSIM 且已解除電信商鎖定。因裝置不相容而無法使用，恕不退款。
3. 啟用與有效期
- eSIM 方案自啟用日起計算有效期；未啟用的方案自購買日起 30 天內有效。
- QR Code 僅供單一裝置使用，刪除後無法恢復。
4. 退款政策
- 因技術故障導致無法啟用、且尚未啟用者，可申請退款；
- 已啟用或已使用數據流量者，恕不退款；
- 購買後 30 天內未啟用者，可申請退款；
- 含語音／簡訊之方案一經售出，恕不退款。
5. 合理使用
部分方案設有公平使用政策；若用量異常，我們可能依供應商政策限制速度或暫停服務。
6. 責任限制
我們不對因當地電信商網路覆蓋、維修或不可抗力導致的服務中斷承擔責任。我們的賠償上限為您支付的方案金額。
7. 準據法
本條款依加拿大法律解釋；爭議應先以友好協商解決。

Terms of Service (English)
Welcome to CGOO ("we"). By using this website and purchasing eSIM services, you agree to the following terms.

1. Service Description
CGOO provides travel eSIM data plans. After payment, we deliver the eSIM QR code to your email address.
2. Compatible Devices
Please confirm your device supports eSIM and is carrier-unlocked before purchase. No refunds for incompatibility.
3. Activation and Validity
- Plans are valid from the activation date; unactivated plans remain valid for 30 days from purchase.
- Each QR code is for single-device use and cannot be restored once deleted.
4. Refund Policy
- Refundable if a technical failure prevents activation and the plan was never activated;
- Non-refundable once activated or data has been used;
- Refundable if unactivated within 30 days of purchase;
- Voice/SMS plans are non-refundable once sold.
5. Fair Use
Some plans are subject to a fair use policy; abnormal usage may result in throttling or suspension per carrier policy.
6. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for service interruptions caused by local carrier coverage, maintenance, or force majeure. Our liability is capped at the amount you paid for the plan.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Canada; disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
